Senior Desktop Engineer, Windows 10/11, Windows AD, VMware, Citrix, SCCM, Endpoint Security
A leading professional services firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer who can help support, implement, and assist project teams across the Windows platforms.
The Role:
This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment focused on deploying and supporting technology solutions for the corporate desktop environment, including our trade desk, European offices, and a small Mumbai user base.
Skills required:
- Deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 desktop systems.
- At least 3 years' experience in diagnosing hardware/software problems.
- Experience with Windows AD administration.
- Experience with VMware.
- Experience with Citrix.
- Experience with SCCM or similar for endpoint Client Management.
- Experience with current MS Office products, including Outlook.
- Experience in video conferencing software and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Desirable/Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Network Protocols and their troubleshooting.
- Experience in Mobile Iron basic administration.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg Professional.
- Experience in troubleshooting Cisco Phones.
- Experience in supporting phone recording software.
