Key Responsibilities: As an Associate Valuer Negotiator, you will:

  • Manage a Property Portfolio: Oversee and manage a diverse range of property listings, ensuring they are marketed effectively.
  • Client and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Strategic Valuation and Sales: Evaluate properties and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Effective Negotiation: Conduct negotiations that align with the company's fee structure while meeting client expectations.
  • Market Appraisals: Organize and conduct market appraisals, leveraging your understanding of local market trends.
  • Local Area Insight: Acquire and utilize in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and amenities.

Who They're Looking For:

  • Experienced Valuer: Prior experience in a senior sales or valuation role within an estate agency.
  • Resilient and Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven Achiever: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-Depth Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales process and relevant property legislation.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling valuations and client interactions.
  • Valid Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for this role.
