Head of Repairs
Goodman Masson are working with a large Housing Association in the South East to secure the services of a Head of Repairs.
Rate: £400-£500 per day
Duration: 12 months initially (potentially temp-to-perm)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
- Developing and implementing repair and maintenance strategies
- Overseeing the management of repair works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Working closely with other departments to improve the overall quality of our housing stock
- Monitoring performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiative.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with Housing
- Strong stakeholder engagement
