Working hours and pattern: 9am - 5.30pm, office-based 5 days a week

Location: Tottenham Court Road/Goodge Street

About the Role

We are seeking a Practice Manager/PA to join our innovative London-based studio of architects, designers, and thinkers. This role is 60% PA to the Principal and 40% Practice Manager, ensuring no two days are the same. This position requires a proactive, adaptable individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Principal's diary and client communications
  • Handle HR tasks including employee contracts, interviews, and inductions
  • Coordinate health and safety procedures and compliance
  • Oversee legal documents and company insurances
  • Assist with reception duties and studio organisation
  • Manage cash flow, fee chasing, and IT support

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
  • A driving license is a bonus, but not essential
