Job Overview: The Business Support Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our business operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and possess excellent communication skills to support various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current business processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to department heads and team members to facilitate their work and optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance, project progress, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets and ensuring optimal utilization of company assets.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a structured and compliant workplace.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Team Management: Oversee the smooth running of a team of support administrators and ensure effective working environments.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
