Are you a recent Engineering Graduate from a Mechanical or Electrical background, looking to step into the world of work, receive further training and progress into an Estimation role? Are you eager to join an established and growing Renewables and AC company that encourages development opportunities?
This company is a specialist provider of Air-Conditioning and Renewable Energy services and has been established for 7+ years. They offer their services to both the commercial and residential property markets and are recognised players across the UK within their field. They have recently won multiple large scale projects and intend on further growth over the coming months. They're now seeking a driven individual whose eager to receive training opportunities within a specialised and growing sector.
In this role the Graduate Estimator will be keen to receiving full training into the Renewable and AC sectors. You will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates for Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning projects, while ensuring all components of the job are accounted for. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and other disciplines to ensure alignment on project scopes and budgets. Collaboration across the sales department will also be expected to develop competitive proposals to meet client requirements and company profitability goals.
The ideal candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic and driven individual and able demonstrate technical knowledge from recent university studies. You will be keen to now put this knowledge into practise and enter the world of work. You should be eager to receive further training and progression opportunities from an established and rapidly growing renewable company that champion their employees development.
The Role:
- Accurately prepare cost estimates for Renewable and Air Conditioning projects.
- Excellent further training opportunities, tailored to you as an individual.
- Brilliant progression opportunities as the company rapidly evolves (step into an Estimation role and beyond).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Project Managers, Engineers and various other team members to ensure alignment on project scopes and budgets.
- Travel across the Northeast (very occasionally nationwide) as and when needed.
- Monday - Friday (39 hour working week) with an earlier finish on a Friday.
The Person:
- Engineer Graduate from a Mechanical / Electrical background.
- Motivated by training and progression opportunities.
- Positive, enthusiastic and driven individual.
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to site across the Northeast when needed.
