Essential:
- Adults Integrated Community Services
- To provide high quality effective day to day administrative and clinical management of staff and the team.
- To use specialist knowledge and skills to manage own complex caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
- Ability to advise therapists and rehab support workers therapy assessment and short term treatment/management programmes for adults presenting with a range of conditions, who require a community based service.
- Specialist knowledge and skills working in community.
- Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
