Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance account management by providing technical and commercial support to new and existing customers.
Interpret technical drawings and effectively communicate with customers to create accurate and competitive quotations.
Collaborate with customers to ensure orders are successfully processed.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth production processes.
Provide troubleshooting and manufacturing support as needed.
What our client is looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn, even if you don't have experience in the sheet metal or engineering industry.
Ability to discuss technical and aesthetic requirements with designers and purchasing teams.
Candidates with technical apprenticeships, engineering courses, or experience in hands-on technical roles are preferred.
Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential.
Highly organised with the ability to respond promptly and effectively.
Outgoing and friendly, both in person and on the phone.
