Job Title: Advanced English Teacher
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 (DOE and Qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
Location: Basildon / Southend-on-Sea / Thurrock - Essex
Contract: Permanent
Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Essex and we're looking for a Teacher to work within the English department.
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate English teachers with high level technical abilities to contribute to innovating English delivery and enable the college to become a centre of excellence.
- You must be passionate about English and have the ability to inspire interest and curiosity in students.
- You will be responsible for teaching English to at least GCSE Level, A Level and potential Degree level.
- You must hold a degree in English Language, Literature or combined.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
- GCSE Grades C / 4 or higher in Maths.
- Strong and successful track of delivering GCSE English in the UK
