Excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established company
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 negotiable depending on experience

The Company
They are a growing AC/ Refrigeration engineering and full facilities management company, with an amazing client base, including high end hotels, restaurants and commercial offices.
As well as their clients AC, they also manage their refrigeration, heating, plumbing (basic) and electrical issues.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate AC engineer to join a small and growing team.
Alongside your technical experience, we are looking for someone excited to be part of the company, and keen to be a brand ambassador when out on site with clients.
Therefore, your communication and relationship building skills are just as important as your technical experience.
Location/ Hours:
Client sites are mainly based in central London, so someone local to that area for commute purposes would be ideal.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and when servicing works can't be performed during the day nights are Monday - Thursday 22:00-05:00 (with Friday off).
(There will also be call out rota once the engineer is fully trained and confident.)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Refrigeration/Air Conditioning systems and Air handling units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Refrigeration/ Air conditioning units and Air handling units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the systems.
- Repair or replace defective components.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role - with at least a level 2 City and Guilds qualification - Required.
- F-gas category 1-4 - Required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration/ air conditioning systems and Air handling Units.
- Experience in Installing Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration units - is a plus but NOT essential!
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with refrigeration/ air conditioning and air handling units.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
