I am currently working with a high calibre Business Law Specialist who are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their lively Head Office in Cheltenham City Centre.

Required:
- You will be a Solicitor, Lawyer Cilex, or an established fee earner. Preferably you will be over 2 PQE+ but all levels are welcome to apply!
- You will be ambitious, passionate, friendly, and hardworking - with a solid foundation of corporate law (commercial law exposure is beneficial but not mandatory).
- You will have a proven track record of billings, and will take a keen interest in building your own client base, with excellent client service skills.
- Embrace new challenges, work autonomously, and contribute to shaping the direction and structure of projects.
Caseload:
As part of this position, you will be handling a diverse and engaging caseload that will require a level of versatility -
- You will be drafting shareholder agreements and articles for newly incorporated companies, negotiating HNW corporate acquisitions, disposals joint ventures, and fundraising deals.
- Whilst also advising SME's and large corporations on all commercial contracts and everything in between.
