Position Overview:
They are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team and play a key role in our continued success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential lettings, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- 1.Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings, addressing client needs and preferences.
2.Property Marketing: oDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
- Create compelling property listings and ensure accurate and appealing property advertisements.
3.Negotiation and Agreement:
- Negotiate terms and conditions between landlords and tenants.
- Facilitate the leasing process, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met.
4.Market Analysis: oStay informed about local market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights to clients and colleagues.
5.Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
6.Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by landlords or tenants.
7.Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the London real estate market.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. ·
- In-depth knowledge of residential lettings procedures and regulations. ·
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in relevant industry software and tools. ·
- Full driving licence.
