This is your chance to become part of the UK's largest independent provider of energy assessments, software and accreditation and retrofit. Our client will be able to help with career progression due to their well-established reputation within the industry which has been developed over the course of 29 years.
In this role, you will be working within the Existing Dwellings support team offering Introductory Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor Training to new delegates as well as continued professional Development courses to new and existing members. This will be balanced alongside working with the support team to offer high levels of customer service support to our members through the provision of writing technical material and offering telephone and email support.
The ideal Candidate will:
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Be able to travel into the Wakefield office on a hybrid basis
- Have experience working in a similar role
- Have good attention to detail
- Have a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
- Be able to consistently provide an excellent level of customer service
- Have a passion/interest in renewable energy and/or Sustainability
- The role is technical so requires good attention to detail and the ability to perform calculations
- The ability to maintain good working relationships in a team environment
