Temporary Credit Controller £26,880 Bradford Temporary, December until April
Elevation Accounting and Finance are working with a well know company across the Yorkshire region who are looking to bring on a number of temporary Credit Controllers to assist with workloads until financial year end in April.
The role offers fantastic experience within a Credit Controller role in a large company for someone looking to add to their experience or start their career within a Credit Control position. The role will be chasing consumers regarding their overdue payments, arranging suitable payment plans and issuing invoices whilst maintaining a strong relationship.
Responsibilities as Credit Controller will be:
- Chasing overdue debt via telephone and email
- Manage customer escalations whilst maintaining a positive customer service
- Keeping suitable audit evidence to complete the end to end process legal processes for debt recovery
- Minimise overdue debt
Ideal candidate requirement:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
- Previous experience within Customer Service would be ideal
- Experience within a Credit Control position would be hugely advantageous
- Able to pass a DBS check
