A leading organisation based in Preston is looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a busy claims team on a full time, permanent basis.
What you will be doing as a claims handler:
- Handle claims from clients ensuring service level agreements are met
- Arranging inspections and delivery of replacement goods
- Liaise with policy holders via email and phone
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
- Experience in high volume Customer Service
- Target driven
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
Salary, hours and benefits;
- Up to £24,000 plus bonus
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Hybrid working – 2 days at home
- Private healthcare
- 8am – 4:30pm. (iro 3 times a month)
9am – 5:30pm (Most days this will be the shift)
9:30am – 6pm (iro 3 times a month)
