Part-time Accounts Assistant. Fleet, c£15 per hour
This is a part time role and the client is ideally looking for someone for 20-25 hours/week, which could be worked over 2-3 days or spread across all 5 days if preferred. Successful SME business, based Fleet. Office-based role. Small, friendly team environment. Free onsite parking available. Varied role reporting to the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable
- Credit Control
- Cash posting
- Nominal reconciliations
- Providing payroll support
- Using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
This position will be temporary (weekly paid) initially, but with a view to quickly becoming a permanent appointment. Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience. Previous relevant accounting experience required, ideally to include knowledge of Sage accounting software. Applications are being considered immediately -
