Job Opportunity: Regional Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Regional Training Coordinator to join our busy Learning & Development team at our Head Office. This role supports and coordinates training services for employees across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate regional training sessions
  • Prepare and implement training calendars
  • Monitor attendance, outcomes, and feedback
  • Support and coach regional training administrators
  • Source trainers and ensure regional training offices are well-equipped
  • Travel to regional sites to meet with managers and senior staff
  • Conduct annual surveys on training engagement

Service Development:

  • Promote staff development and training initiatives
  • Develop and facilitate monitoring and evaluation procedures

Administrative Duties:

  • Book staff on training courses and maintain training databases
  • Handle phone and email queries professionally
  • Manage computerized and manual filing systems
  • Support trainers with course material preparation
  • General administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and archiving

General Duties:

  • Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism
  • Comply with Data Protection, Anti-Discriminatory Practice, and Equal Opportunities policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and treat all stakeholders with respect

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in social or healthcare settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
