Job Title: Temporary HR Advisor (6-Week Contract)
Location: Nottingham (hybrid working; 1-2 days office based)

Contract Duration: 6 weeks
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients Operations team for a temporary six-week cover. This role is critical in maintaining their HR operations during a busy period, and is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a short time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dayforce Management: Ensure their HR system, Dayforce, is maintained to the highest standard with accurate and up-to-date colleague information.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle a variety of HR queries, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and conduct probation reviews in collaboration with managers.
- Policy & Procedure Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to line managers and colleagues.
- Service Requests: Respond to People & Engagement Service Requests promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of three other HR advisors to support all People & Engagement related administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous HR Advisor or People & Engagement Admin/Coordinator experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Solutions-focused approach to challenges.
- HR Systems: Proficiency in maintaining HR systems (experience with Dayforce is a plus).
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 is preferred, but happy to accept candidates with CIPD Level 3.
