Salary: Competitive + benefits package

Hours: To be available to work the majority of home matchdays for the 2024/25 season

We want to ensure that our members and guests have a world-class experience when visiting us on matchdays and you could play your part in being a part of this!

As part of the Guest Experience team, you will be situated amongst our premium lounges and restaurants and will assist the 1901 club team in their matchday operations. You will meet and greet our members and guests upon their arrival and tend to their requests and queries whilst upselling and championing the product and our brand.

About you

You will be someone who will embody our Team Brighton values and ensure our members and guests have the best matchday experience. You will be someone who has a high level of care and integrity, great attention to detail, a professional mindset and a willingness to create memorable experiences for all.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in a customer service environment and experience of dealing with corporate guests. You will need to have a flexible approach to working hours as majority of the games are evenings and weekends.
