Bell Cornwall Recruitment requires a number of candidates for various exciting temporary receptionist roles working for well established clients in Birmingham across a range of sectors. We recruit for more ongoing temporary assignments as well as ad-hoc shorter term assignments which offer a great degree of flexibility.

These roles offer a great chance to gain experience within a corporate environment, and a chance to build your CV whilst making money!

Receptionists may be required to:

  • Greet visitors, delivery drivers and couriers and create a welcoming environment
  • Answer phones, action and log calls and take accurate messages
  • Assist the daily running of offices
  • Ensure the office space is kept tidy
  • Support the rest of the team

Temporary Receptionist Requirements:

  • Professional presentation and attitude are vital
  • Must be able to work immediately
  • Must be IT literate
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Customer Service or Front of House experience desirable
