SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Coventry (CV2) who are recruiting an Administrator on a temporary basis until the end of the year at least.
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: full time site based 8.30am - 16.45pm with a 45 minute lunch break
Responsibilities will include:
Deal with customer enquiries, orders, and queries competently & quickly.
Manage day-to-day client interaction by phone, email and video conference as required.
Liaise with external/ internal sales staff/ project team and customers in relation to special projects from time of conception to project completion.
Liaise with stock control in case of special projects/ assembly/ materials requirements.
Communicate with all concerned parties, stock control, internal/ external sales, warehouse, fabrication in regards to time scheduling, project status, availability.
Set up and maintain delivery schedules & project files through SAP & Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Perform all necessary administration duties required.
To undertake any other duties as required.
