About the role:
We are seeking a Nursing, Health, and Social Care Lecturer to join its Care, Sports and Protective Services Department. The appointed candidate will be an exceptional lecturer with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning BTEC/NCFE levels 1 to 3.
As a lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and counselling students.
You will have a track record of delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning while possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery. This is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.
Our learners are at the heart of our College, and so to motivate and support them, it is essential for teachers to have a passion for delivering student success and the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials.
