Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our team with essential administrative tasks. This role includes minute-taking, junior PA responsibilities, and general project administration. You will be working for a housing association in the heart of Stratford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute Taking:
  • Attend meetings and accurately record and distribute minutes.
  • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
  • PA Support:
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling, and appointment setting.
  • Organise travel arrangements and prepare documents.
  • Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Project Administration:
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure files are up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support the organisation of project-related events and training.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers on administrative tasks.
  • General Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing and scanning.
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a project management or PA capacity.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and minute-taking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
