Well established and forward-thinking company in the Stroud area, experiencing tremendous growth, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team.
Reporting to the AP Team Lead, you'll play a key role in financial operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
Some of the main responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, dealing with customer queries, handling BAC's payment runs, setting up new suppliers and building effective relationships.
Personal development is encouraged, and study support is available for candidates seeking to undertake/progress accountancy qualifications.
Nice to have's but not essential:
- Studying towards AAT qualification.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Workday processing would be the cherry on the cake, but not essential.
