Capio Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a dynamic, young team at a well-regarded law firm based in Borehamwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to work on high-quality, low-volume cases, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
**Position Overview:
- Role: Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor
- Salary: £48,000 per annum
- Office Size: 10 - 12 people
- Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible working within these hours, but all office-based)
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave
**What You Will Do:
- Handle a low-volume caseload of high-value residential property transactions (often worth millions)
- Provide expert advice and deliver exceptional client service
