Insurance Administrator

Job Description

Countrywide are currently looking to recruit an

Insurance Administrator

to work as part of their

Lettings General Insurance team

You will support the branch network in the sale of

General Insurance

products (Landlord Buildings and Contents and Tenant Content). Be an advocate for

compliance

monitoring of all insurance policies sold within the Countrywide Lettings business. Become a subject matter expert on systems, processes and procedure for enquiries.

Roles and responsibilities to be successful as an Insurance Administrator

  • Supporting users with the AXA Sandpiper systems and dealing with sales enquiries, escalating where necessary.
  • Supporting the branch network with customer service calls relating to insurance product and enquiries
  • Carrying out quality control audits and monitoring Insurance product sales within the branches to ensure they are compliant
  • Maintaining comprehensive records on customers and branches through the administration of General Insurance products
  • Completing weekly reporting and MI

Skills and Experience to be successful as an Insurance Administrator

  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively and comfortable / excited at using their own initiative in a fast paced environment where priorities can change regularly
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills, with a customer centric approach (comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation)
  • IT literate with demonstrable experiencing in reporting, through excel and presenting data
  • Experience within, Lettings, Insurance or Property is preferable.
