At Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established but growing employee benefits consultancy within their flexible benefits team.
Due to recent acqusitions, they are looking to recruit across the team to support new clients being bought into the business to ensure they are being serviced to the highest of standarrds.
Responsibilities of a Senior Flex Consultant:
- Delivering complex flex implementations
- Working with larger more complex new business and renewal clients
- Attending regular internal & external stakeholder meetings
Requirements of a Senior Flex Consultant:
- Proven experience in managing flex implementations
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to manage larger coporate cleints
This role is fully remote with clients based in the South of England so travel will be requited to attend team and client meetings.
