Join our client who is the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. They are seeking a Network LAN Analyst to act as the first point of contact for all network-related incidents.
Role: Network LAN Analyst
Location: Larne
Contract: 12 months
Start Date: Immediately
You are responsible for
- To support network related LAN/WAN/WLAN issues.
- Manage and assign incident tickets and lead weekly incident meetings
- Design LAN solutions for small projects.
- Lead ITSM incident meetings
- Fulfil small RITM requests, and provide LAN designs for small projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Cisco networks (CCNA/CCNP required).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
