Litigation Executive EL/PL
Salary negotiable plus Bonus
The Firm
A well-established, leading traditional law firm in the heart of the Fylde Coast, Lancashire that specialises in Personal Injury, Conveyancing and Private client matters.
The Position
The firm has an already established and thriving department, with good quality EL/PL matters and a positive working environment.
There is a caseload to walk into around 180 EL/PL cases of which 40% are half at litigation.
Requirements
- The ideal Solicitor, Legal Executive, and Fee Earner will have at least 3 years PQE within EL/PL work.
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.
- Genuine tenacity.
- A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Excellent Litigator
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.
- You must be able to work under limited supervision.
- Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
- You must be able to work to targets and deadlines
