Elevation Recruitment are currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in the manufacturing industry based near Grimsby.
The Customer Service Administrator will be highly organised, motivated and work as part of a team to meet business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join an established team within a global company.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Receiving sales orders via email and phone from customers worldwide
- Raising orders in SAP
- Liaising with customers and transport team
- Organising transport when required
- General administration duties
- Maintaining relationships within other departments
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Confident with Microsoft packages
