About the role:
- This is a locum on going contract
- Working Monday-Friday 9-5:30
- 37.5 hours a week
About the role:
- Willing to take a candidate who has worked in the following areas of pharmacy: Medication Safety Formulary Medicines Information Governance and Policy roles Medicines Use or Optimisation
- Must GPHC Registration
- Minimum 1 year UK Experience
