Hays Education has a number of exciting roles in EY, KS1 as well as KS2, supplying teachers in Coleshill and surrounding areas to start as soon as possible. You will be required to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. You will need to be patient and nurturing and will also be responsible for assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are met and be able to uphold school policies. As an experienced teacher, you will be expected to drive student performance and support students of all abilities.
As a Supply Teacher for EY, KS1 or KS2, you will need to ensure smooth lesson transitions, and you will use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe learning environment for the children in your care, and you will encourage an atmosphere of mutual respect and encourage all children to develop their confidence through active participation in classes.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to hold Qualified teacher status (QTS) and have proven experience in Teaching in EY, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will also need to be creative and innovative.
- To be adaptable and quickly integrate into various classroom settings.
- You will need to have energy and enthusiasm in abundance, but will also need to be patient and caring and be able to effectively manage behaviour.
