This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality care services for elderly people who wish to remain independent at home. You'll supervise a team of field-based carers, ensure care plans are followed, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision
- Maintain a strong focus on quality
- Supervise, train, and support a team of domiciliary care workers
- Carry out care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits
- Organize rotas and cover unassigned shifts
- Assist with recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supervising staff (Senior Carer, Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator)
- Computer literacy skills
- Clear communication skills
- Minimum of a level 2 in Health & Social Care Adults
- Experience working with domiciliary or residential care (preferred)
Salary & Benefits:

Salary of £27,000 (potentially higher based on experience)

On-call:
-
Weekends: Dedicated on-call staff, with some weekends covered by office staff through mutual agreement (paid extra)

Weekdays: Shared on-call between 5-6 office staff, resulting in approximately one on-call day per week (paid extra)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM)

Care Hours: Approximately 3200 hours per month (adjusted as needed)

Some on-call responsibilities outside of regular hours
