UP TO £80,000 + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE

We are working exclusively with an FMCG giant on a pivotal RGM role.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Revenue Growth Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive revenue growth management strategy tailored to the healthcare market, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives
  • Analyse product and channel mix to maximise profit margins while meeting consumer needs across healthcare categories
  • Develop strategies for promotion management, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, improved ROI, and alignment with healthcare brand objectives
  • Define and optimise price-pack strategies for healthcare products, considering consumer affordability and value perception
  • Inform pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions, ensuring they align with market dynamics and consumer demand in the healthcare sector

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Revenue Growth Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Finance
  • Strong expertise in leveraging RGM levers (pricing, promotion, and mix management) to drive sustainable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue and margin improvements in healthcare categories
  • Analytical mindset, with strong capabilities in using data to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies
