The Mortgage Brokerage has a unique team of experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers and Administrative Executives based in their Southampton Head Office.
The Brokerage are currently looking for Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work within the business, with quality leads provided on a daily basis. The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the Mortgage Brokerage, you'll be provided with quality leads from an established client bank and covering a variety of mortgage cases including new build and shared ownership.
It will be your role to guide clients throughout the mortgage & protection process, helping them secure suitable mortgage & protection products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities
- Work in the head office based in Southampton
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage & protection products
- Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
- Analyse and compare mortgage & protection products from various lenders and providers
- Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
- follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate advice
The Mortgage Advisor Package
- Office Based
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- One in Four Saturdays (day off in the week)
- Basic Salary: £30k
- Commission 20% - No validation
- Salary increasing to £36k based on performance

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience
- CeMap qualified
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Able to adapt to clients requirements
- Able to build rapport
- Organised, professional and punctual
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and proactive
