Role Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and accounts for a diverse range of clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and tax advice
- Reporting to client directors and working closely with them to ensure timely service delivery
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills
- Utilizing accounting software, particularly the Iris suite, to deliver efficient and accurate reporting
- Assisting with audit tasks as needed, although full audit experience is not required

Candidate Requirements
- Near or newly qualified ACCA with 5+ years of experience in an accountancy practice
- Background in an independent practice is preferred, with exposure to audits as an advantage
- Proficiency with the Iris suite of professional software
- Strong client management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
