We are looking for a Partner Operations Associate to join the business on an initial one year contract period.
Ideal for a self starter, task orientated individual - this role will support operational needs of the Partnerships team as well as managing external partners. Other responsibilities include:
- Become an expert in our configuration products and processes, as well as those of our partners.
- Manage daily operations related to ongoing offer maintenance for external partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to partners.
- Lead initiatives to improve and scale business operations.
- Identify and resolve issues across channels with accurate and timely communication.
- Support the business development team in managing partner relationships throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure all assets are accurate and comply with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Prepare site mockups for partner approval.
- Oversee data integration with partners, ensuring alignment on schemes and monitoring for issues.
- Implement best practices, maintain updated documentation, and provide recommendations.
