Pay rate: £11.44 - £17.16* per hour *overtime* + FANTASTIC DAILY BONUS
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for work? Gi Group are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for a well-known toy distributor, based in Banbury, Oxford, OX16
Warehouse Operative responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing orders
- Visual inspection and quality checking
- Loading, ensure that all loads agree with transport paperwork and are loaded to time, stacked in the correct sequence, and are configured and restrained correctly.
- Working to targets and company standards
- General housekeeping/cleaning of warehouse and packing area
Warehouse Operative required skills:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
- Happy to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks
- Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
- Punctual and excellent attendance records
- Experience is preferred but full training given so not absolutely necessary
Warehouse Operative Shifts:
- Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
- Afternoons - 3:00pm - 11:00pm - Monday to Friday
- Nights - Sunday (00:00-06:30) & Monday -Thursday (23:00 - 07:00)
Warehouse Operative Pay:
- Day Shift - £11.44 ph
- Afternoons shift - £11.44ph + £10.75 per day shift bonus anything over 4 hours
- Night shift - £11.44ph + £19.69 per night shift bonus anything over 4 hours
- Overtime Rate - £17.16ph if over 40 hours per week has been complete
