Telemarketing
Experience:
Customer service, sales, marketing, with strong communication and telephone skills.
Requirements:
Confident on the phone, clear verbal skills, proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential visitors to to attend my client's event in October and enquire if they or anyone else in their business would be interested in attending.
- Follow up with an email and a promotional code.
- Answer any questions they may have.
- Update the spreadsheet with call details.
- Some ad hoc admin tasks, emails, and research may also be required.
Timing:
- Start: 28 August 2024
- Hours: Part-time, flexible hours, 3-4 days per week for 4 weeks. (This role may suit someone with family commitments.)
- Location: Dorking office
- Interview: Teams or face-to-face introduction prior to starting.
