Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on technology solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms) with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Provide expertise in networking infrastructure and cloud networking, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing environments.
- Conduct system analysis, design improvements, and provide recommendations for optimised business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful migrations, upgrades, and deployments of Microsoft products (Entra, Intune, Azure).
- Support end-to-end project management, from concept through implementation, while managing risks and mitigating issues.
- Stay updated on the latest cloud, networking, and Microsoft technology trends to guide future business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically within cloud technologies, Microsoft products, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, system architecture, and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
