THE JUNIOR PROJECT LEAD ROLE:
- As a Junior Project Lead, you will be responsible for the development of simulation software for virtual training systems, focusing on the training of ground and aircrew for rotary wing aircraft. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining project development plans
- Oversee daily activities, monitor progress and manage team resources.
- Lead the setup and management of weekly sprints, planning and managing project reviews.
- Identify and address issues and risks, collaborating closely with the Technical Lead, IPT, and other project stakeholders.
JUNIOR PROJECT LEAD - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience in the development of training and simulation systems
- Proven experience in using MS Project or other project management software
- Excellent command of the English Language (Written and spoken)
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineeering or similar.
Must be a UK Citizen or have ILR
