Job Title: Fire Door Installs Supervisor
Location: North or West London (Enfield, Watford, Slough, Reading)
Permaent Salary: £50,000 + Benefits (including discretionary bonus scheme)
Contract Rate: £240/day Umbrella CIS
Availability: Immediate start highly desirable
About the Role
We are partnering with a leading company specialising in passive fire protection and firestopping to recruit an experienced Fire Door Installs Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire door installation supervision to join a fast-growing, highly reputable business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fire door installations on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Manage and support operatives and subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues and ensuring project progress.
Collaborate with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
Ensure all relevant site documentation is up to date and accurate.
Ideal Candidate:
1-2 years of fire door installation experience.
FIRAS & BM certified.
Strong experience in construction management with a focus on fire door installation supervision.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A solid understanding of health & safety regulations.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
