Junior Protection Advisor
This company is seeking a highly driven Sales Agent to join their established team in Sale. As a Junior Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products and ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved.

Job Description
- Convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone
- Generate business equal to or in excess of monthly target
- Provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved
- Use all data to maximise sales
- Provide the client with the best possible advice
- Ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required
- Work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
- Ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business
- Deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner
- Give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficient
- Act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with any client queries as required
- Ensure computer records are kept up to date
- Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job
Job Requirements
- 2 years' experience within Financial Services
- Experience in Protection Insurance products
- Quick thinking

Job Offer
