Providing ongoing support to a small team of Financial Advisers this role will include:
- Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
- Processing new applications
- Sending LOA information requests and logging these on the back-office system
- Preparing meeting packs
- Obtaining valuations and illustrations
- General office administration
What we need from you?
- Previous experience working in a similar role within financial services is essential
- Experience in submitting new business/applications on provider sites
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly and personable
- Strong computer skills and those with Intelligent office experience would be of most interest
