Job Title: Senior Planner Or Associate Planner
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
We are excited to offer fantastic opportunities for Senior Planners and Associate Planners to join a dynamic and growing team. As a valued team member, you will be engaged in a diverse array of planning and related projects, which include:
- Preparation of planning applications and appeals
- Project management
- Undertaking site appraisals and development strategies
- Promoting land for development, public consultations, and exhibitions
Successful applicants will manage their own projects while collaborating with colleagues and will have the opportunity to foster and expand client relationships.
My client is seeking commercially aware planners at the Senior Planner and Associate level who have a range of experience and are eager to take on a central role within our team. In time, there will be opportunities for career progression to Associate, Associate Director, or Director level in a supportive and friendly office environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional planning experience in the public or private Sector
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset, combined with solid planning knowledge
- RTPI membership (required for Associate Planner) or working towards it (for Senior Planner)
- A full UK driving licence (both positions)
