Our client is an established BIBA general insurance broker and part of the BROKER NETWORK. They arrange a broad spectrum of Private Client and Commercial Business cover with an emphasis on technical expertise and client focused service.
In this role you will become a key member of a small, dedicated commercial team and work with prospective and existing clients to place and service a range of different SME business and property owners covers.
Overview
- Understand a clients insurance needs and risk profile
- Prepare broking presentations
- Identify suitable insurers and products
- Negotiate to obtain the best cover and rates
- Provide guidance and support throughout the placement process and during the lifecycle of the policy.
- Develop long-term relationships that create loyalty and trust.
Candidate profile
- Experience within UK commercial insurance
- A client-first ethos and a desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with diligence, innovation and resourcefulness
- Possess a can-do and team orientated mind-set
