Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Significant previous residential sales experience
- Valuation and listing experience
- Customer Service experience
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Dartford and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
