We are currently representing a well-established Architectural Practice based in Oxford that is actively looking for a Project Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect to build and develop their career within a growing, talented team.
Our client is looking for an Architect with a minimum of 2 years professional experience post Part III. The practice specialise within the Residential sector and are looking for an Architect with professional experience within this sector. A lot of their projects are Passivhaus, low energy buildings so it is essential to have an interest in this.
The successful Architect will be confident with job running, producing details and technical designs, preparing construction and tender packages, an in-depth knowledge of UK building Regulations, as well as proficiency with Revit.
Architect Position Remuneration
- Competitive Salary; £38,000 to £48,000 per annum (DOE)

Architect Position Overview
- Work on a range of Residential developments, including Passivhaus and sustainability projects
- Running a project through form inception to completion
- Prepare construction and tender packages
- Contract Administration
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite on a daily basis
- Work as a team as well as independently
- Work closely with clients, carrying out site visits and supporting junior members of the team.
Architect Position Requirements
- Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 2 Years Part III Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Revit, is preferred
- Professional experience within Domestic, Listed Building and Passivhaus developments
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Beneficial / Training Provided)
- Living in or around the Oxford area
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Excellent Design and Detailing skills
