My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional eB2B Manager to lead the implementation and management of a new eB2B route to market operations across the EMEA region
Key areas of Responsibilities
- Facilitate a new eB2B operations, project planning and timelines
- Lead the planning and implementation of new eB2B operations within the EMEA region.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure timely execution
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
- Provide essential commercial insights and data relevant to eB2B operations.
- Govern and run the daily executions of the eB2B
- Oversee the daily execution of eB2B operations
- Ensure compliance with established processes and policies
- Conduct routine checks and follow-ups on processes, data, people, and actions.
Experience & Skills
- Experience of Leading and influencing small and big teams through process change
- Experience within a responsible administrative position where accuracy, process, communication, and personal organisation have been critical
- Experience in a Sales Operations role or Project Manager role
- Ability to create and uphold process structure and policy
- Passionate about driving business success
- Professional, flexible and capable with ability and enthusiasm to complete routine checks and follow ups on process, data and people and actions
- Ability to build effective relationships: accountable, approachable, positive and proactive manner
