**CRM Solutions Architect
Location: Glasgow, Scotland Engagement: 3 days onsite (non-negotiable) Status: Inside IR35
About the Role:
As a CRM Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive CRM solutions that align with business objectives and meet technical requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRM systems.
- Technical Architecture: Design and document the technical architecture of CRM systems, including data models, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Project Management: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their capabilities, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other leading platforms.
- Accreditation in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., ISEB/BCS, TOGAF, Zachman).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Considerations:
- Onsite Requirement: Please note that this role requires a mandatory 3-day onsite presence per week.
- IR35 Status: This position is classified as Inside IR35.
